Customer Service

We take time out to meet you face to face for our initial consultation. After that, we actually spend time getting to know you. A big part of customer service is knowing your customer. Without knowing your customer it's difficult to really understand what he/she is looking for.

Your interests are ours. We take your requests into consideration and plan accordingly. We make suggestions regarding what generally works best, but we never force anything on anyone. It's your wedding, so you get to choose what's right for you. We go out of our way to insure you are pleased, satisfied and happy with everything you're going to get well in advance of your wedding. Variety of Music

Unless you listen to the same type of music all the time, you're like most people. Most people enjoy a good variety. When you get a big group of different people together from different backgrounds and different age groups you have a wide variety of interests.

In a party situation, the only way to truly satisfy the crowd is by playing music that everyone can get out and dance to at one point or another during the evening. This is what we specialize in. If someone has gone all night without hearing a song they enjoy, we have not done our job. Whether they enjoy dancing or not, we strive to insure that everyone hears something they enjoy at least during one portion of the night.

We try to play music to satisfy and move as many of your guests as possible. We have the most fun when everyone is out on the dance floor. We don't rest until we get all of your guests on the dance floor at least once. Variety is what makes an evening enjoyable for all, so you can count on a great mix of music when we put on a show for you.

Team Work

What makes DJ Dwave effective in executing your wedding reception? The way we work as a team to conduct your wedding reception. Melissa and I work as a team during the execution of your formalities to best be able to provide you with a successful timeline so that your dance starts when you want it in spite of small unexpected delays you encounter before your dance begins.

We used to work solo, where one DJ would facilitate the wedding reception formalities as well as taking care of the music. Granted that's worked quite well, but why have one DJ when you can get two skilled and experienced DJ's to run your wedding as a team?

With DJ Dwave, you get two wedding coordinator's and two DJs handling your wedding. For example, Melissa will interact with the crowd, the caterer and your head table to coordinate all agenda items in your itinerary while I handle all the background music and cue up special songs for pre-specified agenda items. We have been highly complimented for our methods of executing wedding receptions by wedding parties, guests, and vendors alike.

Personality

Personality is something that will both draw you and your guests closer to your DJ and insure a great outcome for the evening, or it will keep everyone away and result in a bland evening. If you don't meet your DJ until the day of your wedding, you have no idea what he or she will be like.

We gather input from you as far as what types of music you and your guests will enjoy and then we customize your dance around that. Professional Equipment

When you hire a professional DJ, the last thing you want to happen is "technical difficulties." An equipment failure or malfunction can end your event before it even gets off the ground!
